My family and I recently visited Kelly's Landing and had a mixed experience. While the service was polite, it was unfortunately quite slow, as it took a while to receive our drinks after being seated. On the positive side, the menu offers reasonably priced options. As for the food, it was a bit of a hit-or-miss. The Turkey Burger was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared—but the Landing Hamburger was just okay. Unfortunately, the salmon left much to be desired, tasting as if it had been previously frozen, which impacted its freshness. Overall, there were some positives, but there's room for improvement in both service speed and food quality for certain items.

We came before the comedy show at Scotiabank just down the street. We got there on time but still had to wait for 10 minutes to get seated despite having a reservation. We ordered our food right away because we knew it was busy and wanted to make sure we finished in time to attend the show. We told the waiter this as well. It took over an hour to get our food, 5 people, 5 mains - burgers, pasta, poke bowls. Nothing extravagant. The waiter kept saying 5 minutes about 3 times. He asked if we wanted to pay the bill before getting our food so we could leave faster. Really??? Who pays before getting their product? The food was okay, portions were small, but to be fair prices were more than reasonable for Toronto. The table beside us who came after us got their food before us. I think they forgot to make our food and did the standard “it will be 5 minutes” to buy some time. Server was really nice though. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. I assume this is a one off. Had positive experiences before.

Was okay. The high note was our young server who was very friendly and attentive. He really took care of us. But candidly, everytime I go to the Landings chain, am underwhelmed by the food.

It was a convenient place to eat near the train station on the way to the ScotiaBank arena. Make sure you make a reservation. We did and those who didn’t had a tremendous lineup waiting to get into the restaurant.

Not my best experience at Kelly’s Landing, as much as I like it. Was clear staff was overwhelmed and slammed with the number of customers this evening, Food & drinks were great though and server Daniel did his best, while the manager? also stepped up to help out. And be back again!

Great menu and good food and drinks. Excellent and attentive service. We asked to move tables because it was very cold near the front door and they accommodated us immediately. Conveniently located very close to Union Station and Scotiabank Arena.
