We just sat at 6:30 when the waitress came over and told us that our table was reserved for someone else at 7:30, we had not even ordered our food. Although it was Valentines day, that was ridiculous especially after we made our reservation and was looking forward to a dinner out to celebrate valentines day, it was not a walk in. We were so offended that we left and fortunately got a walk in at Turtle Jacks next door which was fantastic and the staff was not rude. We will not go back to Kelsey's. Their loss, we dine out often with family and friends and are in their neighborhood, they need to improve their customer service skills.

The experience at Kelsey’s was decent the food was okay the appetizer was good but chicken bites was oily and the chicken parmesan was average the chicken tasted very sour and it wasn’t the greatest they just need to work on making the food better and the service need more people

Had a great meal. Server and manager were both nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and meals were to our liking.
