    Fabulous new choice in the Valley. Food, service and decor very well thought through and brilliantly executed. The manager, Justine has clearly been trained well and takes her job seriously. She was visible on the floor the whole time without interrupting service at all. Checked on each table ( twice for us, maybe all) Outstanding at our table: ahi tuna poke is photo-worthy as well as delicious; moroccan tagine an exciting vegetarian choice w big flavors delivered without getting too spicy; prime rib an excellent cut. For the record… i don’t know anyone who works there, I live 3,000 miles away so am not being gratuitous but will definitely return while visiting the area.

    Nice waiter & staff but swamped as it was very busy. My Filet & Brussels sprouts was very tasty, but my guests Prime Rib was underwhelming. All in all a fun experience

    Clam chowder soup was excellent. Taco salad should come off menu - too big of hunks of lettuce, use black beans vs pinto, too much jalapeños , pico de gallo made it wet, no sour cream, dressing like creamy cilantro, decor is great. Would order cup of soup and half of club sandwich next time.

    The newly remodeled restaurant was delightful. Warm, comforting and spacious with different rooms for seating. Staff was proficient in all areas but not exceptional. It seemed average for the price point. For our table of six, three orders of sea bass came out with three different cuts from small to medium to larger. Husband and wife traded plates because of this. My sea bass crispy on one side a little unevenly cooked and served in too large of dish covered with a ginger and saffron sauce, seems a little heavy for my taste with sea bass. Bread came was your average dinner rolls and over cooked. Wine list was limited and not impressive. Doubt if we will go back as I think we expected much more.

    Had lunch, not many tables filled, music very loud and we asked to have it lowered which they did.. service very good, food average… maybe dinner is better We will not go back

    Kestrel, I wanted so much more from you! I went because Richard Blaze was a Top Chef fave, but the food was pedestrian, kind of boring, and the ambience was fairly unpleasant and totally not what I was expecting. It’s basically a hotel bar and restaurant at its best and a sports bar on first blush, TVs everywhere, and I do mean everywhere, and to make matters worse, their Kestral 75 cocktail must have been made with egg white, to explain that frothy top, which was not described, on the menu, which made me extremely sick later that evening, because I’m allergic to eggs. Boo hoo.

    Great experience and wonderful food. There was one loud group when we got there that made it very noisy but once the left is was just a quiet chatter of the tables around us.
