Executive Chef Tomas Chavarria is collaborating with The House of Suntory to create a Japanese and Southern fusion menu for this 5-course dinner experience. Each course will be accompanied by custom cocktails created with The House of Suntory spirits. An evening of mouthwatering food and heavenly spirits awaits... The first half hour of our Chef's Supper Club is a reception style to give our attendees time to arrive and mingle before sitting for dinner. Upon arrival, guests will be able to enjoy a welcome bite and cocktail from our House of Suntory Highball Cart. For the remainder of the event, be guided through a fusion of Japanese & Southern cuisine with cocktail pairings from The House of Suntory, with shared insight on ingredients, methods and the inspiration behind each menu item.
