King’s Highway is our desert diner, and celebrates the ineffable, bohemian spirit of the wide open West. Our seasonal menu is sourced from independent farmers spread across the Coachella Valley and Southern California. We reinvented an old Denny’s restaurant to celebrate its retro style and add fresh, modern updates. During renovations we unearthed a terrazzo floor, sandblasted the flagstone walls and re-covered the booths in saddle leather. We’re open all day, every day. The coffee’s hot and the beer is cold. Our popular dishes include ricotta pancakes, chopped salad, and smoked meatloaf.

**Please note that King's Highway operates on a "first come first served" basis between 7 am & 5 pm except for parties of 10 or more

I have loved Kings highway for breakfast but our dinner experience was poor. The popcorn chicken was processed and frozen then served lukewarm. It might have been good for toddlers. I don’t recommend that dish!

We had a good meal here, there were four of us and everyone thought that their respective meals were good. Our single complaint was the lack of coffee available at dessert time. Otherwise a perfectly place for a casual dinner!

Why do I have to reserve my spot at KH with a $25.00 fee? This just doesn't seem right and when I mention it to the staff at King's Highway, they have no idea what I'm talking about.

We love King’s Highway. The food is superb - we’re talking the best ingredients and expertly prepared. The Harvest Salad is something special. I would appreciate more vegetarian options. Bella Da Ball makes BINGO fun and is another great reason to dine out on Monday nights in Palm Springs.As long as the food is delicious, and BDB calls BINGO. We’ll continue enjoying Monday nights at King’s Highway!

We arrived and were seated promptly. It was a little loud. I could not hear the waiter very well and I had to ask him to repeat himself. We ordered drinks and onion rings. My old fashioned was mediocre. I drank it, but it was not what I expected. I ordered the hatch chili mac and cheese and it had brisket on top of it with a sauce that tasted very sweet. Not my cup of tea. My wife ordered the loaded potato corn chowder and the potatoes were not fully cooked in the soup. The service was great; everything else was okay. We tried this place on a friend’s recommendation. Maybe breakfast would have been a better experience.
