Waitress was pretty awful. Extremely slow and not great follow up throughout the meal - disappeared for large periods of time. Also, hostess making constant rounds checking on the progress of our eating, presumably because they’re looking to turn tables, was annoying.

Sierra was a very friendly and professional waitress. She definitely enhanced our evening with her positive attitude and she authenticity looked like she loved working at Kitchen. Not to mention the food was great again!!!

Through no fault of the restaurant, we were subjected to the incredibly loud obnoxious behavior of a table of six seated at the other end of the room. But the food and service was wonderful, and the staff was sympathetic but helpless.

My elderly father fell on the way in and the staff was so solicitous. Then later they came to get his phone number to check up on him. Then they brought us a complimentary carrot cake. So unnecessary but very sweet. Love the interesting menu. Everything is always delicious and the staff always so kind and attentive.

I live in Cleveland , & I always look forward to visiting Kitchen! T he sword fish was delicious! We sat outside in a perfect, late summer evening.

As always the bar was paced for the social hour special. But we were there to eat in the dining room and as always the experience was excellent. Thank you to the whole team that make it so enjoyable.
