Welcome to Knead, our sustainable pizzeria based in the heart of Maidenhead. Brought to you by husband and wife team Simon & Olivia Perry, become part of the Knead fam and let our staff sling out the very best ‘zas and spritz around. A fan of spice? Sergeant Scoville has you covered with fiery British ‘Nduja, fresh chillies and a drizzle of hot honey. A classicist? Fear not, Princess Margherita is pizza royalty on our menu.

Our lively pizzeria is modest, modern and wonderful, seating 50 comfortably inside and with a relaxed outdoor area for you to enjoy the evening sun with an aperitivo and a slice in hand. Expect banging pizzas, fresh small plates, local beers and a carefully curated cocktail menu.

We’re a short walk from the train station and with Paddington less than 25 minutes away and Maidenhead being served by the new Elizabeth Line, London is on our doorstep. If you’re visiting from the capital, why not make a day of it and visit nearby Boulders Lock, Bray or Cliveden House?

    Well this is all very exciting, isn't it? A cosy little supper club here at Knead. With a fab 3-course meal exclusively curated for the evening. And not just pizza on the menu. Say whaaaaat! Why Sunday 16th Feb? Well, Valentines falls on a Friday this year which may or may not be as chill and romantic as we hope, so it allows to create something special on the Sunday. TALK TO ME ABOUT THE FOOD OK, I will. You'll get a welcome drink on arrival and 3-courses of loveliness. We're talking sharing starters (of course), our famous porchetta, aubergine parm or meatballs for mains, followed by a chocolate situation to round things off. Throw some special cocktails and Cupid's vibe in the mix and you've got yourself a perfect little evening!

    This is by far the best pizza restaurant in Maidenhead the fresh pesto is excellent ingredients on the pizza are fresh and of the highest quality we also tried the burrata bomb and hot honey all recommended but then again everything we have eaten there is so good

    Very friendly, attentive & knowledgeable staff, fantastically fresh pizzas & wine. Wine could be colder. Great buzzy atmosphere. Nick, the owner is very much on the ball. Highly recommend this place.

    We come to Knead every now and again, because we love it. This time was especially good, we were early, they accommodated us, we were in the mood to have a giggle, they were definitely ready for that. The pizza, as always, was fantastic, the guys who run the place were there, and they were on top form, although there was no "Trading Places" available in the family Christmas entertainment selection (on second thoughts maybe a bit grown up), this little corner is a genius festive delight. Knead is a lovely, special place, we of course will be back.
