    Lovely setting, and nice welcome when we arrived. We booked for 6 people as it was our son’s birthday. Menu was great with a good choice. We chose a variety of pizzas and explored the side dishes including meatballs and calamari. We were a little confused that our sides were served to us as a starter, had we know I wouldn’t have chosen the roasted potatoes. That was a bit odd eating them in there own. Unfortunately, we then didn’t see any waiter staff until ready to leave, no one asked if our meal was ok and we didn’t even get asked if we wanted desert or more drinks. When we finished our pizza we had to go to the bar and ask to pay. Overall the setting and food was great, just we felt very forgotten and service was poor. I’d understand if it was busy, but in general it was quite quiet. We paid the automatic service charge of nearly £20, but on reflection, I wish we hadn’t as it wasn’t justifed.

    Loved our experience, the pizzas are amazing. Unfortunately the table behind us and due to how old the building is the noise just echo’s. Not a fan of a service charge automatically added but that’s minimal. Definitely will visit again and also order online.
