   As a lover of Asian cuisine, I was excited to visit Koi Ki in Harborne after seeing reviews on social media. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt misled by the hype… I went there for a girls’ night, expecting an enjoyable evening, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. We had to wait over 50 minutes for our mains, which is unacceptable - especially given the restaurant wasn’t busy. The atmosphere was cold, both literally and figuratively. The heating seemed non-existent, and we were left shivering throughout the meal. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and uncooperative. One particular lady behind the bar even brought up the business’s problems, such as being understaffed, making it our problem rather than addressing the issues we faced. I would never recommend Koi Ki to anyone looking for authentic, enjoyable Asian food or a pleasant dining experience. The service, ambiance, and overall management need serious improvement. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!!!!!

   One side order was wrong but was corrected eventually. Food was very good as was the service

   Very poor food, tiny portions and high prices (for what is being served). Main courses sent back twice.

   Great night out with friends. The restaurant was busy with a nice vibe. We had the sushi platter to start it was really tasty well presented and fresh. Our mains of salmon , prawns and Ribs were all excellent well cooked and so very tasty. Good service , excellent cocktails and wine. Unfortunately we didn’t have room for desert !! Highly recommend a visit to Koi Ki it never disappoints

   The food was absolutely fabulous and we would return due to this. Sadly the service was mediocre. The key piece being that when we had finished our mains we were left with no-one checking in, we would’ve looked at desserts but after waiting 25 mins to catch someone’s eye we weren’t risking in and asked for the bill. That took another 10 to arrive. As long as you have time spare - great meal!

   Came for my boyfriend’s birthday last night & we loved it. The food so lovely but the service was even more lovely ! We will 100% be coming back x

   Loved the place, 2 starters and 1 main could of been hotter, but we did bring it to the attention of the staff and he was very apologetic and offered a dessert and a drink to one of us, we refused because overall we were very happy
