   Excellent. Best ceasar salad I have ever had. Ever! I thought the bread service would be a waste of money. It was not. I normally hate goat cheese, yet when combined with the whipped butter and spread on the bread it was very good. Had the Maitake it was also phenomenal. The short rib was spectacular. The tortellini was exceptional. Chef Pedro was present, involved and explained each dish. Will go back to do the tasting menu next. This is the first time I ever write a review. Run do not walk and go to Kojin, you will not regret it.

   Chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing was such a unique experience. Delicious and unique flavors that were out of this world. Personal touches from the staff throughout the meal made it extra special.

   Food was delicious, the music was perfectly balanced, On the other hand the service was not good. The Manager was not welcoming, her approach was really dry and a bit rude. we ordered a bottle of wine and they didn’t refill our glasses. Very disappointing and very sad that a place that it is in the Michelin Guide has that type of service. Not recommended

   My husband and I had the best time with chef Pedro during his master pasta making class. From the beautiful dining room, great music and an overall chill vibe, chef Pedro made learning a new skill fun and easy. We can’t wait for the upcoming classes to expand our skill set in the kitchen and have another excuse to hang out with chef Pedro.

   The staff and food were fabulous. The pacing of our 10 course meal was perfect and included a comprehensive description of the ingredients in each course. The restaurant ‘s fresh flowers were lovely, as was the varied pottery. All in all, it was a perfect evening.

   The best restaurant in Miami. It would deserve at least one (or even two) star Michelin, if Michelin was in Miami. Highly recommended.
