    I’ve been here before it’s not my first time. Just wished the attention was better. Over all food was great ambience was great. Can’t ever complain of the food

    The food was good; and, although our server was very nice and friendly, as well as helpful about the menu, the service was extremely slow. We waited quite a bit to get each dish we ordered, and about 15 minutes for dessert (churros, which were delicious). It was also very loud. I think that if the service had been a bit more efficient, the experience would have been better.

    My family and I were sat next to the entrance and the bar. The entire meal we were surrounded by waiters, busboys, and customers walking in and out. Not what I expected to celebrate a special occasion

    Dining at KOKO's is always a pleasure. The ambiance, the food, and the overall experience are consistently excellent, making it one of my go-to spots in Coconut Grove. That said, there is one recurring issue that I hope can be addressed by management—the reception team seems to have a habit of initially trying to seat at less desirable tables. It feels like a bit of a hustle is required to secure a decent table, which can dampen the otherwise great experience. Beyond this minor frustration, everything else is on point. The service, food quality, and atmosphere are always on the up and up, and I’ll certainly continue to return. Fixing the seating issue would make KOKO's flawless!

    Love this place and return often a great value good service great food. Was a hit with my guests who were impressed. Wish they were a bit more prepared for opening keeping people waiting on a raining day I've been twice at opening and both times never seem ready to open. A small critic but an important first impression. See you again soon
