   It was my wife’s birthday as I noted in the Open Table reservation. The waiter and front desk were also informed and I even reminded them just in case they didn’t read the open table reservation, to bring a little cake and candle. None came - so sad.

   The food always is delicious but the service was horrible 😞 They sat us outside and the service there is terrible and the heat and humidity are unbearable. They could improve that atmosphere.

   We had to wait for one hour even with a reservation and multiple times of checking in with the hostesses - so many people who came after us were seated. By the time we were seated, we were too hungry to truly enjoy the experience.

   wonderful experience on my last visit. our server was really attentive and wonderful food was incredible and very good sizes for shareable. will be returning. also the outdoor area is a vibe!

    The wait to get our reservation was about an hour. They had tons of people packed in the lobby area by the bar all waiting around an hour after their reservation time for their tables to be ready. When I went to ask how much longer, there were many other people complaining to them about the same thing and their response was “this is how it is every weekend”. It was chaotic and unorganized. I won’t be going back for that reason because although the food was okay, it was nothing special. You could get the same food at better places that are efficient and organized and seat you on time for your reservation.
