   Our party of 3 arrived early for our 7:00 reservation. We ordered drinks, appetizers,and mains. the drinks took 25 minutes , the appetizers arrived at the 7:45 mark and two of our three main courses arrive at 8:30 with the third one 20 minutes after that! The food was good, the spicy tuna roll was very nice as was the Poke appetizers. The mains were good also, surf and turf for two and salmon for the third. It just took WAY TOO LONG. Our daughter is a classically trained chef who has worked in Spain, Italy, and Vegas at high-end restaurants. She says this is a classic sign of a poorly run kitchen. They need a good Sous Chef to expedite and organize.

   Just OK. I was warned by a friend about the service for both speed and quality. It’s not the servers faults, it’s the management. Generally slow service, Wrong menus, entrees served before app, two food substitutions because of we weren’t told they were out of certain items. Not enough dressing on the salad, food was just ok warm. Food was generally good….. just everything else was ….eh. There are lots of other choices for a mid price meal.

   While the food was good, it was a bit overpriced. The gyoza should not have costed $21.

   Saturday night might not be the best time to visit the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes to be seated (even with a reservation), then 10+ minutes before we talked to a server. The food took 30+ minutes to come and it was the starters and entrees all at the same time.

   When we got there it was pretty empty so we were seated immediately which was nice because even when you do have reservations if it's crowded it can take time to be seated which can sometimes alter the outcome of the evening. Any who, our waitress was pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating. The music that was on rotation was grove worthy to say the least and everything we ate was cooked to perfection. Overall our 2nd experience at Kona Grill was AGAIN a success and the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner.

   Didn't enjoy this experience. The food value presented didn't match the cost. The server was on point, did her best to accommodate.

   Service was slow. Food was horrible-cold when came out. We were not impressed at all especially for a New Year’s Eve Dinner.

    Taking that New Yeats Eve is a very busy night, still very disappointed. They didn't have a tool to open a bottle of wine. They had to go to another restaurant to borrowone according to the bartender. $40 for a glass of their middle price wine and a glass of bubbly. Ordered an appetizer, salmon, and surf & turf. They were out of first three things we tried to order. Waited over an hour. Entrees came out before appetizer. Anther 5-10 wait for appetizer. Salmon supposed to be cooked Medium was well, well done. Sauce on fried rice sickening sweet. Surf & Turf was delivered without the Bearnaise sauce. But it was the beat part of the eve ing. Overly loud. Overly priced. Mediocre food. Sorry to say, they probably won't be here in a year.
