    AWFUL!!! 1.5hrs to get food. Blamed on a party of 75. I booked reservation weeks ago. Why would you book a huge group of 75 plus fill every reservation spot/table on Christmas. Do one or the other - not both! Poor, poor management decision. Many got up and left after ordering, we watched several plates of food come out to empty tables. There was no compensation offered for the poor management that resulted in our awful dinner.

    Was there for Christmas dinner, and was wildly slow. Waited 2.5 hours for our food. The food that came was very good, but felt like they were trying to serve too many people for the amount of people working.

    Great food and great wait staff. So the problem must have been extremely poor management for Christmas dinner. Clearly they were not prepared for the volume of customers as we waited 1 and 1/2 hours after we ordered for our meal. To make it worse, one of the staff members told us that this is how it is every Christmas.

    Walked out 2 hours after placing our order when we were told food would be an additional hour!!!! That was with a reservation! What a joke. Will never go back again!

    We realize it was Christmas but they had plenty of servers, not sure of the kitchen staff. The food was overdone and tasted reheated instead of fresh. Service was terrible. We waited over 1 hour for our food to arrive.

    Ok, i know it was Christmas and i truly appreciate that the restaurant was open and people taking time to work, BUT the fish and chips ($38) had only one pc of fish because then ran out. No discount on price . The turkey dinner had very little food on the plate and they forgot to plate any veggies with it. Also $40. Just sayin. The servers were great and working their butts off with a smile on their face.

    Quite a long wait for food, but it WAS Christmas Day, and it was packed. Server Jasmine was a joy..checked in regularly, but not too often. It was the kitchen that was running behind but the filet was perfectly seasoned, perfectly prepared, served hot with beautifully sauteed green beans and lovely miso mashed potatoes. Small portions... perfect for us. We would return again.

    While the food I ordered was tasty I feel it was very overpriced for what it was. We dined there on Christmas Day and I looked over at the table next to us and they had the turkey dinner that was $35 and it did not look like it was fresh turkey. The portions were small and the vegetables look like they were from a frozen bag. We ordered two appetizers and two miso soups and it came out to be $66. We had a nice afternoon with each other and there are very few places that are open Christmas Day, so that was a plus.

    Went for Christmas and the service was amazing. The food was really good, had the prime rib and it was cooked very well with minimal fat. I would definitely recommend Kona grill.
