Kotsu, a hidden underground restaurant with the most amazing Japanese food you will ever have. It was personally the best Japanese food I have ever had, better than any I have tried in San Diego, LA, Tijuana, even better than the food I tried in Japan. Amazing food, the chefs and waiters were extremely knowledgeable, definitely worth the try. I had an amazing experience and recommend it to everyone.

El lugar es muy pequeño lo que hace que a veces el humo del Hibachi de piedra se sienta en el ambiente, el baño al igual es muy pequeño, pero fuera de esos dos detalles, la experiencia vale muchísimo la pena, la variedad de tiempos, la calidad y sabor de cada platillo es increíble, la atención de los meseros explicando a detalle cada tiempo, dando la sugerencia del chef para comer y maridar, fue realmente una grata experiencia. El gerente también muy amable y servicial, considero que para los amantes de la comida japonesa es un obligado en la lista de restaurantes a conocer. Felicitaciones al chef.

El chef Óscar Santos realmente crea un servicio increíble, todos los tiempos hacen que la experiencia kotsu sea increíble, no solo regresaría, sino que lo recomiendo como experiencia tanto culinaria y mixologa. Si buscan una experiencia fresca y que avance kotsu no solo es para ustedes, sino que sorprende con cómo avanza. Gran recuerdo y lo recomiendo fuertemente
