My reservations were at 8:45 we got there and we had no waiter until about 15 minutes … then we order our drinks and no drinks until 20-25 minutes .. then order our food and another 30 minutes for appetizers only and not just that , they kept bringing the wrong food . Got to 11:06 pm and still no entree we ended up leaving without eating , just appetizers and our drinks . So overall for drinks and apps it was about a hour wait , while other people came and got served and left

It was awful. We had an 8:30pm reservation. We ordered quickly as soon as we sat down. We did not get our food until 10:45pm! Tables around us were sat after us, got their food, ate and left before we got our food. This was Valentine’s Day so we did expect there to be some delays. However, the restaurant was not sold out. There were at least 12 empty tables that we could see around us. And the fact that people getting sat after us were getting their food, eating and leaving before we got ours was crazy. The server realized it, apologize around 10pm and said a manager would come to our table. They never did.. he came back about 10:30 asked if a manager had come to the table we said no. he said he would go get them (they never came) Our food came around 10:45pm, we ate within 10 minutes because we were hungry from waiting so long. The server came back and asked if the manager came to our table we said no, and asked for a bill. 30 minutes went by, we asked a different server for our bill. He said he had to find our server. Waited longer, asked another server for a bill. She said she would have to find her server. We asked if she could just get a manager to give us our bill. We just wanted to leave! She said she would get someone… we did not get our bill until 12:10am! This is absolutely ridiculous for an 8:30 reservation! we almost walked out so many times, but being Valentine’s Day there was really nowhere else to go because restaurants were sold out. We also were not going to walk out on our bill, even though we waited so long for it. Besides this being Valentine’s Day, it’s also my birthday and it was our 2 year wedding anniversary. All of our after dinner plans were canceled because of this! This was beyond unacceptable! You completely ruined our evening! And no one cared. A manager never came to our table. I cannot believe the experience we had here. Your should all be ashamed of yourself for completely ruining our evening.

Had reservations at 7:30pm. Took 30 minutes for the waiter to come to the table to greet us. Took 1 hour to get drinks AFTER waiting 30 minutes. Took 2 hours for the food to come out. When the food finally came out after chasing down the server to see what was going on. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were COLD and the steak was RAW. I order medium well. THEN tried to charge the “MANDATORY” gratuity! Absolutely worse experience ever! Ruined my Valentine’s Day.

We had a Valentine’s Day reservation for 5 PM. We got there and they told us they were not done setting up so we had to wait. It took them 45 minutes to sit anybody that was waiting… Because they opened at 5 PM so we were all the first people there. We got to our table and they had a set Valentine’s Day menu which was not advertised anywhere, and was very annoying.

Food was super overpriced and of an awful quality. The sea bass was fishy served with cold mashed potatoes. The rib eye steak was low grade and burnt. The birthday cake provided was stale and terrible tasting. Very mediocre food to say the least. I will not be recommending this place nor returning.

It was ok…maybe I should have done more research on this spot before going…I feel I dressed too much for this spot…it’s a chill spot for just you n the girls or guys…not really a romantic place to take your hubby or wifey…also it’s a place to take a start up relationship. Overall 4/10 the decor needs an upgrade, need to make use of the space very well, I feel it has potential to look better. The stage reminds me of Nigerian restaurant.

The food is overpriced. $50 for two chicken skewers that’s advertised as coming with rice pilaf but you actually have to pay $7 extra for the rice… this is a pretty expensive dining experience for subpar service and very small food portions. The food also was not very good. Just edible. Will not be coming back.

I booked this reservation for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely disappointing, to say the least. We waited 15 minutes for a table, finally got seated, only to not be greeted by a server for another 25 minutes. After flagging down a busser to beg for a server, we were finally greeted. With such a limited menu, we were ready to order immediately, but were told that what we wanted wasn’t available. Not only that, there was ZERO entertainment to keep us distracted. TO BE SHORT STAFFED, HAVE LIMITED MENU ITEMS, AND NO ENTERTAINMENT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT IS DIABOLICAL!!!!!! We just finished our drinks and whatever food came out then sent the rest back because we could no longer stand being there. The cherry on top was when we got our receipt and they charged us an automatic gratuity and entertainment fee. MIND YOU WE WERE A TABLE OF 4, RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND GOT ZERO ENTERTAINMENT. DO NOT GO THIS IS A WARNING!!!!!!!!
