    He ido muchas veces, la calidad y sabor de la comida es extraordinaria pero el servicio es deficiente, tardan hasta 30/40min en servir bebidas, incluso refresco en lata, ya sin hablar de las bebidas preparadas.

    Kuro Uma has changed owners! Chef Sato is no longer there! Avoid at all costs. The menu has been dumber down and it is now cheaper but close to inedible. Staff are unprofessional and belligerent. I had been to Kuro Uma 4 or 5 times before and it was exquisite. Ripped off last night! Some of the drinks and mains were returned to the kitchen, uneaten. If you ask for a glass of water they give you one tiny glass with maybe 125 ml, and they never return to refill it. When asked about the poor quality of the food, both waitresses lied about what happened. They insisted that there was no change of owner or chef! Avoid at all costs! This was not Kuro Uma! It at best was a junk food joint serving the saltiest food on the planet!

    My food was above average for a Japanese restaurant in Mexico but service definitely below. Wanted to order red wine by the glass but wanted to tried it first which they denied. Anyhow I ended up ordering a cup of wine which turned out to be spoiled. They refused not only to replace it but ended up charging it to my bill. UNACCEPTABLE. I will never return again to Kuro Uma.

    Nous avions réservé pour 20 h et nous avons dû patienter longtemps. Après le service à trop tardé mais finalement nous avons super bien mangé et étions très contents
