   We loved this restaurant. Terrific atmosphere, food, ambience and service. Authentic and huge Cuban dishes and the saxophone player was a nice touch. Great location and beautiful building as well!

   Visited La Bodeguita De Mima on a Tuesday night at 5:30. It was pretty empty when we first arrived but filled up quickly. No issues with parking, we were able to park on the street and some parked in the parking garage next door. The hostess will give you a password so you don’t have to pay for the garage parking – just press the call button on your way out of the garage instead of scanning your ticket and tell the attendant your password. Our waitress was Evelin and she was fantastic! Always around when we needed her, didn’t hover and she was so nice and attentive! We were seated in a covered outdoor area and I loved the décor. There was live music (a saxophone player) and the vibe was fabulous. We ordered drinks and a few appetizers, the empanadas were great but the Papas Rellenas were the star of the show, soooo good! All our entrees were great as well, I got the Cubanchos and it was a huge portion! Great service, great food, very cool place!! Would definitely recommend.

   The best place to have dinner in KY. Over any other fine dining. The experience and the vibes that you can’t feel anywhere else makes this places amazing

   Everything was awesome but our server whose name I can’t recall made our evening. She was absolutely terrific. We had a Cuban sandwich and the salmon along with an arugula salad. Everything was delicious. The mojitos were excellent as well.

   We came here for my birthday dinner over Memorial day weekend. Food and drinks (passion fruit daiquiri) were great, waiters were nice, and the vibe was energetic. Live music was fun. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

    The gate never disappoints the food is always great. It is a little loud and sitting outside with the undercover with the music is always the fave, also a super fun place to take out-of-town people for a great experience!
