I visited your restaurant two days ago, and everything was excellent! The server on Thursday was incredibly kind and gracious, though I can’t recall his name. He had glasses and ponytail, I think he was Peruvian or Ecuadorian. Excellent person. Unfortunately, last night’s experience was the complete opposite. The only positive aspect was the bartender, who was very caring and kind. I returned specifically for the shrimp ceviche I had enjoyed two days prior — I even took an extra order home because I loved it so much. Sadly, this time it was a major disappointment. The taste was completely different, and the radish slices were nearly half an inch thick. It felt like they ran out of ceviche and threw together a rushed batch. According to my colleagues who have been here multiple times, the inconsistency might be due to different cooks preparing the food, which is concerning for a restaurant. To make matters worse, my experience with the hostess was frustrating. I called ahead to confirm my reservation and asked if I could be seated away from the entrance — ideally where I had sat two days earlier — as I didn’t want to sit at the bar. Her response was dismissive: “Sir, we are busy. We can talk when you get here, okay.” Upon arrival, I requested my preferred seating area, only to be told, “We don’t have servers for that section; it’s either the bar or here by the entrance.” Meanwhile, there was a couple seated near my preferred spot, which made the excuse even more frustrating. To the management: You have an excellent product, but you need to ensure consistency in both your food and service. Please get your team aligned — your guests deserve a dependable and enjoyable experience every time.

We absolutely loved our experience here on a Saturday night! Our server, Kayla, was super friendly and attentive. The order->receiving our food time was the fastest I think I have ever experienced at a sit-down restaurant, it was impressive. As a note, we appreciated how the restaurant put signs up on tables that were celebrating birthdays or anniversaries. While we were not there for a celebration of our own, we appreciated the effort the restaurant put in for their customers. We got the mezcal and lychee old fashioneds, both of which were quite good. We then started with the Korean Kalbi Tacos and the Chicken Tamale, both of which were amazing. Will definitely be getting those again. As our mains, we got the truffle mac and cheese and the Lomo Saltado. On the latter, the steak was cooked absolutely perfectly. I chose to add an egg which complimented it all really well. While I want to try the rest of the menu, I would really struggle to not get this again!

I went withh a group of friends and their food was great! I had paella and it wasn't good at all. I've had it in the past and it tasted completely different and it was very fishy this time. The atmosphere and service was fantastic!

Our server was excellent. We shared the De La Brasa, it has three of their meats (sea bass, ribeye, and chicken). The chicken had good flavor but very dry, fish was watery/juicy like it had been frozen, and maybe the worst cut of meat I’ve had. Cocktails were good.

I had high expectations for this restaurant and was not overly impressed. The atmosphere appears nice but it’s too dark to see your food. For the cost, I expected higher end service and higher quality food. My wife and I have a 1 year old so we do not get out that often and when we do, we want to try amazing food and have amazing service. My wife is also Peruvian so we always try Peruvian food in cities we’ve lived in or visited. We started with the Korean Kalbi Tacos as appetizer and, spoiler alert, this was the best thing we had on the menu for the evening. I also tried the Mezcal Old Fashioned which tasted far more sweet than expected. We shared the dinner combo platter consisting of seabass, pollo a la brasa, and Peruvian ribeye with two large sides for $85 (unless you order a premium side, then it costs slightly more but server did not inform of this until after bill arrived and inquired). Our sides chosen were the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the Broccolini. We also added small orders of Naan and Rice & Beans to try. We were given one steak knife to share. The ribeye was overcooked and sent back. During the remake of the ribeye, I sat at the table without a plate to enjoy portions of the rest of the entree and sides. The steak returned properly cooked but smothered in too much sauce. The sauce tastes similarly close to A1 with added spice for a slight kick, nothing amazing. The pollo ala brasa and seabass were good but definitely not the best we’ve had at other restaurants for similar prices. The mashed potatoes were okay, relatively low in flavor but good in texture. Broccolini was good. Rice and beans lacked flavor. Naan was bland. Dessert options skipped - no traditional Peruvian desserts. Tres Leches and Churros for Latin oriented options. Crème brûlée and decadent cakes for other options. With the lack of impressment from dinner, we skipped dessert. Sadly, unless we want a lunch snack of Korean Kalbi Tacos, we most likely will not be returning.
