For years, Paolo and Teresa Gaspari honored their Italian roots by bringing people together to enjoy good food, great wine and the company of friends and family. In 2019, John Ekizian took the reins and remains excited to continue the tradition of La Famiglia. The simplicity and perfection of fresh ingredients is the root of every meal we prepare here at La Famiglia, and all of our dishes pair beautifully with our vast collection of fine wines. From our pasta to our sauces, even to our freshly-squeezed lemon juice, we start from scratch. One bite, and you’ll understand the difference that handmade truly makes. Our courteous and attentive wait staff is ready to welcome you. The drinks were the best part of our dining experience. The caesar salad wasn’t a caesar, poor quality. The entree was lacking flavor and quality. I honestly could have made better at home, and I’m not a chef. I heard so many good reviews but honestly didn’t see the draw to this place.

Good food and prepared fairly quickly allowing us to dine and attend a performance at the theatre next door. Very convenient, the 2nd time we have chosen La Famiglia for dinner prior to the show.

Exceptional experience. Atmosphere, service and menu choice were superb in every way. The staff were wonderful and friendly. In addition, the bar was unexpected very well stocked with some of the finest bourbons and some of the lowest pricing I have ever experienced. I highly recommend La Famiglia Ristorante - Reno. You can thank me later! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another Excellent meal. Have dined here many times with few to no concerns about the food and/or service. Did notice that this was the loudest the noise level was. Maybe I am getting older (70) and it bothers me more then it did in the past.

Many people were attentive to our table, but our primary server, Michelle, was particularly helpful with the wine, entree, sauce and desert selections. Additionally, the chef swapped out a red tomato Diavola sauce for a favored white wine, lemon, garlic butter sauce. Lastly, our strawberry cheesecake was not only complimentary, but topped with two lit candles captivating our 50th Anniversary celebration. The ambience was lovely, making for a fabulous and delicious evening.
