   Reservation made for 4/30/25 we arrived on time for a 7:00 reservation and the place was closed no notification or call about restaurant closing.

   This is truly a hidden gem. The food, drinks, the staff, the entertainment all were amazing. I had the sea scallops with truffle risotto and I’m still thinking about it.. we were offered a complimentary “4 S’s” shot and it was SO good. Our entertainment was a wonderful singer, insanely talented and beautiful sang all genres. We were there later at night so not a full house, but nothing was scaled back even with a smaller crowd. Definitely put this on your list!

   Was seated and received menus the waitress didn’t mention at that time what was not available, we ordered drinks soda after she brought us our sodas she said we do not have short ribs or sea bass. She went on to say they haven’t had it for a while and did not know when they will have it again. That’s exactly what we went there for so we were very disappointed and said that there’s nothing else we would eat off the menu, so she gave us a check for the sodas and put a 15% service charge on it. We will never be back to this restaurant again.

   La Folie was wonderful. We dined early so our waiter gave us incredible service. We had the lamb sliders and it is one of the best things we’ve ever had. The ambiance is amazing - we only wish we had discovered this place sooner. So many fun shows later in the evening. The seating was plush and comfortable. Highly recommend.

   What a lovely restaurant with the friendliest service. We have been a few times over the past few months and was disappointed in the show on Saturday night. Hopefully it was just an off night.

   Absolutely love this place! Friendly staff, cocktails are delicious, the food seriously wowed me!! Special thanks to Julia the Hostess and our waiter Will such sweet hearts. After an amazing dinner show we went to the bar for after dinner drinks with Bee and Belinda! That’s some serious fun staff! We had a blast.

   We ate by the bar with Bee and Belinda, they are 2 talented and fun bartenders! Food, cocktails, show, ambience, spot on!! J’adore La Folie!!!

    I had such a great time! The staff is so friendly and professional, food is delicious, cocktails are mouth watering and the show OMG, what a great surprise. I wasn’t expecting this to happen on Sint Maarten! Finally something different with class and a little cuckooness! Loved it and will come back for sure! Recommended 150%
