   I was greeted warmly. Valentin offered wine pairings with my meal. I'd asked to have a small tour the restaurant and he was able to oblige. I will highly recommend this location.

   Decor, ambience, and service was great. The filet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The entrecôte was disappointing. Chewy and overpriced. When I pay $75 for a steak, I expect it to be better than a $10 ribeye I can buy from Trader Joe’s and make myself. Boucherie really needs to level up the quality of its ribeyes.

   As we checked in, the hostess told us to wait at the Bar, to wait for our guests. My husband told her we'd prefer to seat at the table. She said "It was not possible as they prefer to seat people all together". My husband said that he would like to be seated at the table. Then the hostess changed her attitude, put a cranky face and gave us the worst table in the place. I was ready to leave when one of the Managers recognized us, as we are habitues clients and he moved us to a nicer table. Not nice to have a not polite Hostess!

    Oysters were outstanding, so was the St-Jacques scallops preparation, a signature dish for sure. And closing out the meal with the selection of French cheeses was a treat. Service was more than attentive, and the garden and decor are beautiful . Overall a great night and experience.
