   restaurant is a beautiful venue that offers a remarkable culinary experience. However, the dining experience was tarnished by inconsistent service. Initially attentive—perhaps overly so—we were upsold on a premium limited-edition Ribera del Duero (2020), which, though costly, proved superb. Yet, once the bottle was served, service inexplicably disappeared. I personally had to pour wine for my wife, and a pre-ordered birthday dessert was entirely overlooked. Disappointment intensified upon noticing the same team overly attending to another table, creating an unwelcome impression of being discarded after peak spending. Such erratic service, unacceptable in fine dining, left a bitter aftertaste. The experience deteriorated to feeling rushed and used, as though we had exceeded an unspoken time limit, despite spending over $600 in under 90 minutes. Excellence was not merely undermined—it was prostituted by utterly unacceptable service.

   This experience is a MUST when visiting Cancun. Vast menu! Beautiful decor. Awesome sunset views. Appetizer portions are large, share or order fewer. Waitstaff is extremely attentive.

   Muy bonito todo elegante si vale lo que pagas al principio vi los precios elevado pero lo compensa el servicio y la calidad de los alimentos todo muy rico

   Pedí tartar de atún, me dijeron que venía con mango y ni rastro del mismo. Solo kiwi. Ni una disculpa. Solo que el mango estaba verde.

   La experiencia es excepcional. Los tacos de cangrejo de concha suave son muy ricos, al igual que la sopa de cebolla, pero el panqué de elote sobresale, ¡es delicioso!
