   La Maison Castle Market. We had three courses from the a La Carte lunch menu. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. Will be back.

   First time at La Maison did not disappoint. Service was impeccable, without being overbearing. Food was absolutely incredible, and well portioned. And the price was much more reasonable than expected! Overall, an absolutely perfect evening.

   Having spent 5 nights in Dublin, this turned out to be one of two top-notch dining experiences we had. It is not too big and not too small - just the right size to wrap its arms around you. I mentioned to the manager that they shouldn't change ANYTHING and he agreed by saying that nothing had been changed in 20 years and they had no plans to do so. But everything had been well kept up and was clean and tidy. Full linen service, a very good wine list and top notch cooking: a mushroom and pasta dish and a daily fish dish all hit the mark. Loved La Maison and would definitely go back.

    Lovely early evening experience at 18:00. Service attentive and charming. Coq au Vin a little less traditional as expected, in fact difficult to differenciate it from an any Monday night pleasant "chicken and mash" dinner.
