   The host was accommodating, and once seated, our server greeted us promptly. While she was friendly, her attentiveness was lacking. After placing our order, we were informed that one of the items was unavailable. I asked for a moment to decide on an alternative, but she did not return for nearly 20 minutes, at which point we had to flag her down to take our order. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, we were informed that beans were unavailable, so extra rice was provided as a substitute. Throughout our visit, we were not offered drink refills, and it wasn’t until the end of our meal that the server asked if we wanted more to drink. Notably, the busser was attentive and checked on us more frequently than the server. Additionally, the restaurant applied an automatic gratuity to our bill, and we were not given the opportunity to review the receipt before payment. For just three items, the total cost came to $80, which felt overpriced for the quality and service received. While the appetizers and drinks were enjoyable, the food itself was somewhat bland and could benefit from more flavor. The service needs improvement in terms of attentiveness, and the unisex restrooms were not well-maintained.

   Waste of time and money! Food was served cold and bland! Order shrimp and chicken taco, the waiter said they are three on a plate and we only got two. No lime or sauces to go with it. Appetizer guacamole were in the smallest little bowl!!! It’s was really dark and we were seated in front of a private room, which was so loud and nobody would close that door. Will never set foot there again!!

   It started out awful. My date and I had to ask for a server because we’d been waiting for 30 minutes. My fiancé said “excuse me” 2-3 times to get one person’s attention and was ignored. The man literally glanced at him and walked away. He turned out to be the manager. A woman named Shaderricka (I believe) offered to serve us and she was wonderful. She kept us from leaving actually. The food took forever to come out, but she was professional about it. The food portions are small for the price, so I likely won’t return to eat. Chef E did a good job nonetheless because the food was good overall. He even gave me a to go box because I was initially told they had none.. It’s the perfect place to listen to good music later in the night and have drinks at the bar.

   First off my waitress was great, minus not getting a refill on my water. The food was absolutely disgusting. I read other reviews and tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but I regret doing that. I took a bite and immediately spit it back out. Thankfully my entrees got taken off, but I still had to pay for the nasty guacamole. I also had to pay a gratuity (20%), which went from me paying $14 to $29… I went here for a Valentine's date with my girlfriend and we ended up driving 45 mins away to El Taco H in Denton!

   Your hostesses should do better. I was seated on a sofa to eat dinner. I do not go to restaurants to eat on a sofa. I asked the hostess if I could move. She advised me that the rest of the restaurant was reserved for people with reservations. I had a reservation. Granted the dining area was 90% empty at this point. Im not sure how you can hold tables for people with reservations when you have a paying customer in your face with a reservation. After speaking with a manager, we were moved. And the dining area remained mostly empty the entire 2+ hours we were there. Which means you saving tables for people who may or may not show up when you have a paying customer in the restaurant requesting one of those tables is wild. There's a reason the restaurant remained empty for hours. I probably wont be back.

   I give this restaurant a 0/10! It was my birthday dinner and my reservation was for 8pm. We sat down around 8:10 and ordered apps around 8:20. Our waitress kept leaving and not checking on our table for thirty minutes at a time. We ordered dinner at 8:35 which didn’t get to our table until 9:52. We have been waiting over and hour for our food to come. When the food did come it was luke warm. I ordered the sizzling fajitas, there was nothing sizzling about them. We complained to the general manager numerous times to which he just said they were short staffed. I had 7 guests and everyone’s food was cold like it had been sitting. And we waiting over an hour. The place wasn’t even packed. The staff kept saying give us 5 more minutes which turned into 25 mins. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone ever! Literally ruined my bday dinner

   DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE!! I came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends ,everything was just horrible we arrived and had to wait an hour after our reservation time to be seated they also sat a bigger party before us that had a later reservation time once we were seated it took 30 mins for us to get a server and simple service as in bringing over water the waiter looked uninterested in our table and was slow to take our orders we were left with empty water glasses for a long time they also didn’t have the right set up for the party size felt like they sat us at a random table took another 40 mins for the food to come out overall very pathetic! Hopefully take out is better I’ll try that next time.

    The food was good but not something I would go out of my way to have again it was flavorful but just not many options and the brocollini could have used a bit more seasoning it was bland and crunchy. The calamari was on point though and probably the best I have had in awhile. The service was very dry and our waiter wasn't very involved compared to other tables. I just wasn't impressed compared to other places I have tried around DFW.
