   Really enjoyed dinner at La Pata Gorda! The food was very tasty, served beautifully, and wait staff were excellent. The shrimp ceviche was excellent with a good portion of shrimp, as was the Galapagos Brujo Filet - highly recommended. The Crab and Oysters Au Gratin was nothing short of pathetic. Very very small oysters and no crab in sight. Do not order this disappointment. The wine by the glass list is a bit short. A friend got the ribeye and said it was excellent. Overall a good value for the money. I'd definitely go back.

   Just ok. From the reviews we expected a lot more. Crab ceviche is a definite avoid.

   Nerea and Ernesto are excellent! Both explained in detail the menu and provided fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s a great experience, ambience, background music, lighting and menu are superb!

   Great consistent authentic Ecuadorian food! this is probably the 9 or 10th time that I go to La Pata Gorda and they do not disappoint I have taken customers, overseas friends and without an undoubtedly, my guest are left with the usual, I will come back here, what a great place and flavorful food! the meal's portions are generous, flavorful and creative the waiters are great - Byron is my favorite waiter, he truly ensures one has a great time while eating at La Pata Gorda, his attention to detail, professionalism are solid Among my favorite dishes: cazuela, encebollado, ceviche de camaron (jipijapa style), chopsue and love Brujo Fish. Their desserts are amazing as well, my favorite the fig cheesecake with roses honey. Their drinks - wonderful!!!

    I didn't know Ecuadorian food. We wanted to give it a try and we didn't regret it. Excellent place and food with 100/10 service.
