Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy. Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you traditional Neapolitan pizza. Have been to Eataly several times and this was my least favorite experience. Service was mediocre; food was served to our table at different times and it was difficult to eat with dishes not cleared away, difficult to have a nice conversation with the level of noise. The serving staff all seemed as if they’d like to be anywhere else. The quality food was good but has been better. We were disappointed and unsure if we will return any time soon.

It was very good, but to be honest, I feel guilty about going to a restaurant on Christmas where I'm sure the staff wanted to be home with their families (as opposed to an Asian restaurant where most workers probably don't celebrate Christmas.)

Great food and nice atmosphere. We were with our family if 5 and there was something for everyone. The food was delicious. The only complaint came from my youngest who thought the buttered noodles were too buttery.

Everything was great. Our waiter was friendly and responsive. We had a table by the window which was great. We had two teenagers with my girlfriend and I, and they devoured their pizzas. I was thrilled to get have my fettuccine tossed tableside in the parmesan cheese wheel. The whole Eatily experience was a perfect way to end our Chicago trip.
