La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy. Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you traditional Neapolitan pizza. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, and sweet San Marzano tomatoes are the basis for the most traditional Pizza.

Second time there and the food was great both times. I personally enjoy the ambience, having been there on a slow afternoon, and more recently, at dinner during the holiday bustle. Noise level is moderate, it's easy to converse. It's family friendly. I think it's a great Italian place that happens to be in the middle of Eataly's shopping. Like a food court, only better. I'll be back.

Slow, unenthusiastic service. Ordered pizza, it was soggy and sloppy. Not fully cooked. Not worth the money.

The waiters messed up several orders and I missed an entree on the bill that I did not order but got charged for that I found after leaving.

It’s usually crowded but still excellent food and drinks. If you haven’t been here, I would definitely try it. We have eaten here every time we visit Chicago.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was pretty bad. Chickpea fritters tasted like cheap French fries. Salad was pretty tastless, pizza was soggy and tasted like low quality microwave pizza. Pretty dissapointed.

We used to love the whole experience at Eataly but now the food is sub par, poor value and bathrooms dirty. Doesn’t feel like the special place it once was.
