I have dined here before and yesterday was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. From start to finish the service was terrible. The hostesses were rude. The waitresses did not even care that we were sitting at the table. We repeatedly had to ask for things. It took at least 10 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were sitting at the table. We had to ask for water multiple times. It was an incredibly poor experience.

We had a good time there but it took almost 1 hour to get our main dishes. Other than that I liked the ambiance and food.

The whole vibe of the staff was evident they didn’t want to be there on Thanksgiving, which by the way I get. However, the service was completely lacking. The server was basically lethargic and didn’t really care. My daughter ordered a three course and the second and third came at the same time. Probably 30 minutes after our starter. unfortunately it was not a good experience.

We had salad, pizza and ravioli and Childs pizza for our 6 year old grandson. Although they were busy, we got seated on time and food service was really good. This was about the 4th time we have been there and always a good experience.

WOW WOW WOW!!! We had our daughter's 16th bday party here and it was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Our party of 8 was seated right away! The manager greeted us personally at the Century City Mall location! The market area was SUCH A FUN VIBE and great experience in itself!!! The food was super fresh, very delicious. Ordered family style and the entire party was super super pleased!!! WE CANNOT WAIT TO FIND ANOTHER REASON TO GO BACK!! I had never been there myself but WOW WAS IT FESTIVE AND PERFECT!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE EATALY Century City!!!!!
