    we came and asked for the specific table which was available by host refused to give to us and offer the worth table in house. Only when we asked for the general manager we got what we asked. Terrible customer service.

    Excellent service. The cacio e Pepe was a miss for us. Pomodoro was okay. Pizza was good. Could have just been an off night for their kitchen.

    The food is always on point. The service was reasonable, given it was a Friday night. We had an 8:30 reservation, but freed up early and arrived at 7:30 and checked in. We waited around until 8:35 to be seated and went up to check on our reservation, it seemed they forgot about us so they sat us immediately. We didn’t expect to be able to get in early, but watching walks up for an hour was a bit frustrating. Still recommend, the food is great!

    There was a wait for everyone, even those with a reservation. The workers did what they could and were very professional. We waited a long time because being asked for drinks. They messed up our food order but were quick to fix it. The waiter did an amazing job but it seems like they are put under a lot of pressure. The food potions are tiny
