    We were visiting from out of town and took our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Georgetown to dinner. This was the first visit to La Riv for all of us. The decor and ambience are very welcoming. The service was very good, and all of our meals were outstanding. The owner even stopped by to see how we were doing, which was a nice touch.  Next time we are in town we will definitely be coming back.

    The food here is as good as any we’ve had in Italy. Delicious and beautifully presented. Our waitress Christine was excellent, caring for our every need. Highly recommend.

    This is our second time and it has definitely become our new Georgetown favorite. Service and food was above and beyond both times.

    Excellent food and service. This is my third dining experience at La Riv and each time is the same. Wonderful service and excellent menu selections. Georgetown is fortunate to have such a lovely restaurant!

    Hidden gem in downtown Georgetown. Food was great, service was amazing, and when a restaurant serves Lintz meat you know you’re in for a treat (think Red Ash, JCarver steaks -same provider). A new top restaurant for us! Our first encounter this summer was very good but last nights experience was simply ‘rockstar’ - Billy Idiol would approve using the term. We’ll make this a regular spot in the rotation! Thank you for a great night !

    La Riv is a fantastic Italian restaurant. So impressed with the location, ambience, food and service. We originally made our reservation for 8 and on our way to dinner called to add 2 more, La Riv was quick to accommodate us. Everyone in our group raved about the food and service. We will go again! So grateful to have them in Georgetown Texas!

    This is a great restaurant, and Lauren our server was the very best. The noise level in the restaurant is too high and it was a little difficult to carry on table conversation.

    La Riv is an upscale dining experience in downtown Georgetown. Service by Amy was helpful with her suggestions and perfectly timed and not rushed. The restaurant was quite busy early evening on a Saturday. Wedge salad is ample for two people to share. Wine was a generous pour. Main problem is parking which is limited. Highly recommend La Riv.
