   We had reserved a table via OpenTable weeks in advance. Because the reservation was on Christmas Eve we wanted to make sure the restaurant was open. 2 times received a confirmation that everything was in order. Upon arrival, the restaurant turned out to be closed. If OpenTable still wants to offer a professional reservation service, it might be better to clearly check whether or not their restaurants to be reserved are open. This is pure amateurism.
