   Food was very good, eggplant appetizer and two veal dishes (piccata and marsala). Service was very good up until when we were finished and waiting for the plates to be cleared so we could order dessert and coffee.

   The table we were seated at was next to a window and our feet were cold the whole evening. Food was served medium warm. Not up to their usual par.

   We returned to LaStrada a second time because of the deliciously prepared food. As I mentioned in a previous post, it would have been nice if they had heated up the Italian bread when they brought it to the table instead of room temperature bread. Also I did not like the fact that the servers are all constantly trying to clear diners’ plates before everyone has finished their meals. I definitely felt rushed while I was eating my salad and the server wanted to take the plate from the person sitting next to me who had just finished their salad. Same thing happened while I was still eating my dinner. It’s not proper to clear the table when not everyone has finished that course. Other than that complaint, everything was excellent!

    The experience overall was great with the exception that the hostess (older male) didn't seem to "find" my name on the reservation list and then when he did he seated us smack middle of the walk way when there were side tables available (which had me thinking a bit, only because I'm not the "majority" that goes there. Maybe I'm thinking about too much. MAYBE NOT 🤷‍♂️). Other than that, our waiter Austin(if I'm not mistaken) was amazing! Top of the line fella, very attentive, kind, funny and friendly. The food was soooo GOOD! We got calamari (delicious!!), my fiance got the chicken Parm(chicken was good and pasta was on point), I got the lobster ravioli (pasta could've DEF been COOKED A BIT LONGER lol. Other than that it's DELICIOUS!!!!!) Bring your BOTTLE🍷🍷
