   Our service was very good. Isabella, our waitress did a good job. Tanner, the hostess was very helpful in accommodating our table change and further into the evening. Andrea, the manager was a total delight. At the end, the staff sang sang Happy Birthday to my guest. We were allowed to stay as long as we needed. It was a totally delightsome experience. I highly recommend Landry’s Branson. Jackie Collier

   Not the best, this visit. Weve eaten at this establishment before in the past and this latest experience wasnt the best. We waited over an hour for entrees to show, even as other guests who got sat before us had their meals served in less time we had to wait. We ended up leaving, offering to pay our starters, but were shooed away like children by the manager, which was not appreciated and felt very derogitory and demeaning. We had a show to get to at 730. And had we gotten the meals we wouldve rushed dinner. Thats not an experience we want, especially for this caliber of a restaraunt. Our reservation was 5:30pm, starters came about 6:00pm, then waited for entrees. By 7:00pm, still nothing. I understand kitchen must was busy, and others again who sat after us were getting their orders from what we observed. Not the fault of our server or staff. Busy night yes. Perhaps more help needed in back of house.

   Service slow. Steak cooked incorrectly. Pasta had tomatoes which had been requested to not include, Broccoli hard not steamed correctly. Tilapia had no flavor. Was given desserts to compensate the steak, however, asked for no fruit or fruit sauce on them. One was correct and other 2 had fruit on them. This is not the usual outcome at this location.

   Best restaurant in Branson. Great ambiance, food, and service. Perhaps a little more pricey than others, but worth it.

   From the time we walked in the door to when we left, everyone was courteous and accommodating. The food was excellent! Well prepared, well presented.
