    Our table was seated quickly, the server was attentive and professional along with making recommendations. The food was outstanding and it was a very pleasant experience. Dress code is all over the place.

    From the impeccable service to the exquisite food, Landry’s Seafood once again exceeded all expectations for my husband's 47th birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor – a true culinary delight. It was the perfect venue for a special occasion and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

    A masked hostess (name sounded like Valencia or Eulencia) refused to seat us until ten guests were physically present, even after we offered to start ordering drinks. We spent about twenty minutes standing in the lobby with no menus or bar suggestion—just “We’ll page you when everyone’s here. My 16-year-old daughter carried her mom’s milestone-birthday cake the entire time we waited; staff wouldn’t store it. Only after I asked a manager was it placed in a refrigerator. When dessert time came, the server brought the boxed cake back with no plates, knife, candles, or assistance. During our meal, servers sang “Happy Birthday” at nearby tables but skipped ours entirely. No greeting, no song, nothing—leaving the guest of honor feeling ignored on her special night. Seating fiasco – Masked hostess (Valencia/Eulencia) stalled us at the door for twenty minutes, refusing a table until ten guests arrived. No bar offer, no menus—just “wait there.” Cake mishandled – My 16-year-old guarded her mom’s birthday cake the whole wait. Only after I asked a manager was it refrigerated, and it came back at dessert with no plates, knife, candles, or help. No birthday acknowledgment – Staff belted out “Happy Birthday” for other tables yet ignored the actual honoree at ours. Food & drinks – Blackened sea bass reeked and went untouched; steak was overcooked; cocktails stayed sickly sweet despite sugar-free request. Fries were the lone win. Service & comfort – Dining room was ice-cold. Water refills and basic requests required flagging someone down. Overall attitude felt apathetic. Discount dispute – Landry’s own 10 % card shaved just $16 off a $700 check; the manager claimed “exclusions” but wouldn’t explain. Bottom line – We arrived ready to celebrate a special birthday and left chilly, short-changed, and disappointed. Landry’s missed the mark on hospitality, food quality, and value; we won’t be back.

    Everything was spot on once I located the restaurant. The food, its presentation and service were excellent. I could not find signage in whatever form either inside and outside of Union Station. This is inexplicably off putting and frankly weird - kind of like Missouri.

    The food was awesome! I had the seasonal salmon dish and loved it. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. I am so glad there is a great kid's menu so my picky daughter can have a great meal that she enjoys while the adults enjoy a varied and amazing menu.
