   This was our first time here and we were very excited to try their food and were really hoping this could be our new go to Chinese food restaurant that the local area really needs. Service was terrible for a what is suppose to be a nice restaurant. It took 10 minutes to bring us water, we got our dumplings after our entrees, our server never checked on us after we got our food, and we only got our bill after we waited 20 minutes when we flagged down the manager. The manager made the typical apologies and excuses, but he or another manager should have been checking on tables in they know they have inexperienced wait staff.

   Our server, Gabel, was absolutely fantastic. However, the overall service score is 100% reflective on how long it took for the bar to get drinks up and ready. We were at our table for 45 minutes, partway through our meal, when the drinks finally arrived. Yes it was worth the wait. The food is absolutely fantastic and I can’t wait to go there again.

   We arrived and were seated right away. The restaurant is very nice and well lit. The quality and authenticity of the ingredients was excellent! The ingredients and recipes were spot on. Bravo. Soup and appetizers were excellent. We then waited quite a while for the main courses, and when we got them, they were just warm , not hot. Very tasty and great presentation, but after just a few minutes they were stone cold. The runners at times seemed confused as to whose food was who’s, not sure what that was all about.

   food mixed - need to look carefully at preparation notes - there was high % of deep fried vs stir fried. deep fried we did not think were at all unique or exceptional, just very salty. dumplings, hot and sour soup, cold spicy cucumber appetizer and chili wontons quite good (dumplings excellent). won ton soup uninspired. service was quite good, despite being very busy very pretty restaurant, but was loud (weekend) way overpriced for the uniqueness of the food

   Beautiful interior, quality food; a bit lacking on the flavor. We had Peking duck, whole fish, and a vegetable dish, all of which were a bit bland. We left full but not quite satisfied. Our server was less to be desired; he hovered and tried three times to take my husband’s soup away when the soup bowl was still half-full. He then, for whatever reason, took the remaining pancakes from the steamer and placed them on the duck plate. We were turned off by that. The server also did not ask if we wanted coffee or tea or dessert. Overall, average food and substandard service.

   Third time I’ve been here. Never had a problem with service until tonight. Waited a very long time before our server approached our table. Actually had to ask a different server to find ours. Restaurant was fairly empty and we were told they only had 2 servers. Finally Took our drink orders and then we waited a long time to get them… again restaurant was pretty empty. Then took our food order. We both ordered soup. Mine came and hers didn’t. Our main entree arrived before my friend ever got her soup. Ste told them she never received it and They eventually brought it but then her meal was getting cold while set ate her soup. Very disappointed in the service tonight… not sure if the kitchen was the issue or staffing. Not overall disappointing

   Food was fantastic but we didn’t know that the food was brought out staggered as if we were going to share the dishes but we didn’t. So therefore the individual dinners/meals were brought out like 5-7 min apart and my meal was brought out 15+ min after we received the first dinner which wasn’t shared. Somewhat awkward for us especially for me who received the last meal
