    Food was fantastic but we didn’t know that the food was brought out staggered as if we were going to share the dishes but we didn’t. So therefore the individual dinners/meals were brought out like 5-7 min apart and my meal was brought out 15+ min after we received the first dinner which wasn’t shared. Somewhat awkward for us especially for me who received the last meal

    We’ve been to their Chicagoland location dozens of times and they were all superb. This experience was very disappointing and is a disgrace to the Lao Szechuan brand. We requested a quiet table and they sat us in between bussing stations. Ordered three courses and the Peking Duck, that is always served first, came last. It also had zero flavor. Kitchen does not know how to time courses being served. Service was just awful as waitress disappeared. Won’t be retuning anytime soon. The only good thing is it’s interior decors that are first rate.

    We had to wait 20 minutes for 6:30 reservation. Not horrible on thanksgiving weekend but we watched other groups get seated faster. Party of six and meals came out 2, 2, 1, and 1. The last 1 was when everyone else was finished. I usually enjoy this place, the food and the service, but will return at a less busy time.

    The food is great and the atmosphere good. They do not have enough staff to handle the volume. Only 2 bartenders for the whole place. They also have party rooms they need to service

    We loved the meal and they gave us a private room. With kids and elderly, it was nice to have that. It has a karaoke station we did not use but we will definitely come back and get the room again this winter.

    My son really enjoyed his 18th birthday dinner full of football boys and his family showered with lots of great food and service was EXCELLENT
