Lapeer is a chef inspired Steak and Seafood concept with a boutique coastal vibe setting located in the heart of the Historic downtown Alpharetta.

The menu will include premium cuts of beef including prime, certified Angus, America Wagyu and reserved dry aged steaks. Our seasonal approach will have a mixture of classic, yet innovative creations as well as some steakhouse staples. We source our fresh seafood and day boat fish from the gulf and east coast and offer a regular rotating selection of fresh oysters.

A well balanced by the glass list with a focus on new world varietals. An extensive reserve list driven by full bodied California cabs and red blends, backed with a solid mix of old world Italian and French varietals.

We love Lapeers. Acoustics are loud, so it can at times be hard to hear other members at your table. Otherwise, the food is great. Great surf and turf options.

Lapeer was a great experience & vibe. Decor is top notch so if you’re into aesthetics, this place will check your box. Our waiter, Marcus was amazing. Knowledgeable and polite with amazing recommendations. He mentioned multiple times for us to relax, take our time and enjoy ourselves making sure to never make you feel rushed. Drinks - top notch. I had a glass of rose. It was dry, smooth and dark pink just as I like it. I also had their version of the espresso martini. It’s frozen and Marcus highly recommended. He didn’t miss, it was awesome! Food - I gave this 3 stars because I didn’t enjoy my entree the way I would’ve wanted to. It is a steakhouse and I ordered chicken so that really is my fault, I wish I ordered the steak. However, the wagyu steak app…to die for! I say go, enjoy yourself and ask for Marcus for the best service!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Lapeer. The service was top notch from the time we sat down until we left. Our appetizers, entree's and dessert were excellent. The restaurant has a festive upbeat atmosphere which added to our evening.

Food was great. It was unbearably loud made worst by the piped in dance music. I could barely carryon a conversation with the person seated next to me.

Steaks were great. Lobster and Shrimp risotto was delicious. Loved the mushrooms and broccolini. Calamari’s was just okay. Didn’t understand it being served with greens on top. Drinks are priced pretty high. Also don’t charge extra for blue cheese stuffed olives in a martini.

The drinks were not great- did not have a specific type of bourbon one of our guests wanted, Glenn Levitt. So he decided on an old fashioned, which was not great. The food was just okay, nothing great. Then we were told that there was another reservation waiting for our table and we had to pay our check, without dessert or coffee. Would not recommend this place, we have dined here three times, hoping it would be a better experience…just to be disappointed again. They do have a very cool bar area…

I took my wife here for her birthday and we were not disappointed. Excellent service amazing food and great cocktails. We will become regulars.
