Hands down the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! The ribeye fajitas were incredible. I wish I could eat there again, tonight, but they are slam booked out…as they should be. Yummmmm!

Celebrated my bachelorette party with 6 gals and had the BEST time! Great atmosphere and we were able to get a little rowdy without annoying other nearby tables. Service was excellent. Waitstaff and hosts were so friendly. Food was great. Drinks were strong (which was ideal). Overall excellent experience and will be going back!

First, it’s not cheap. But, hey, it’s Aspen. Chips and salsas were homemade and delicious. Get the queso with ground beef, guacamole, and pico. Do simple, but wow. We split the NY strip fajitas. Good thing. It was more than enough for 2. If you’re in Aspen and want an upscale Mexican experience this is it.

The food and service were excellent, but our experience was significantly marred by the air conditioning. Despite being a very temperature-tolerant family, cold air was blowing directly on us the entire time, making us uncomfortably cold. We asked four times for the air conditioning to be adjusted, and while staff assured us it was being addressed, it was clear nothing changed. My wife even had to wear her ski jacket during the meal, which is far from what one expects in a fine dining environment. Despite other open tables being available, we were not offered the option to move, even after making our discomfort clear to both the staff and the manager. I understand that temperature settings in restaurants aim to accommodate the majority, but this was extreme and made our otherwise great meal miserable. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future. An acknowledgment of this issue would go a long way in ensuring that customers can enjoy their meals comfortably.
