   My husband and I went to Latitude 44 for dinner. We had a wonderful server, Daniel, who helped us with the menu and gave excellent recommendations. We both had the beet salad, and I had the Cedar Salmon, while my husband had the Scallop entree. Both were delicious, and we had the fresh vegetable sides: cauliflower and delicata squash. We ended dinner with an amazing pumpkin cranberry bread pudding a la mode. Overall, the ambience was very nice, but I wish that the music would have been a bit lower in volume. The decor was beautiful and cozy. The best part of the experience was the outstanding service we received from the staff.

   This was our first chance to experience Latitude 44. As we are looking for a new place to celebrate a 30th anniversary, we decided to give Latitude 44 a try. After reading about the history of the building, we were excited for the experience. It is probably not fair to say something can be your favorite after one try but everything about the evening was spectacular. Sometimes a restaurant experience is just different, and this was one of those times. It is hard to articulate the reasons, but everything about the evening was top-notch. Being greeted by our host, Luke, who we learned is actually one of the owners, to the great service by Joe our server. All that being said, you still must deliver some great food to back up all the amenities and ambience of this place and to that end they certainly did. From our bottle of wine to the entrées to the fabulous desserts, what a great experience. We both look forward to our second visit and I would venture a strong guess that we will not be disappointed.    I had the lobster roll which was excellent! Served on a toasted buttery bun with loads of lobster. Husband had the salmon which had crushed spiced walnuts on top which gave it a little kick. We went onto have dessert, a chocolate mousse which was very good. We will definitely be going back.

   The capers and grilled lemon on the flakey and tender wallleye was exceptional. We also enjoyed the jackfruit with fresh salsa starter. Oh, and then the chocolate mousse - divine. Beautiful setting and outstanding service with a nod to James. Thank you.

   The service was outstanding! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The menu is limited however, our steaks were cooked to perfection!

   Daniel was our attentive server. Had great knowledge of menu and wine recommendations. Our food Walleye and Ribeye were excellently prepared. Some unique apps were great. The atmosphere was lovely. Very seasonal as well as romantic. While it was busy it wasn't crowded. Everything was CLEAN. Highly recommend to friend or visitor. entree's 26-35$.

    This was our first time dining with Latitude 44. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. Everything from the drinks to the food, staff, and ambiance was a 10/10 experience. The jackfruit crab cakes were phenomenal and everything else we had was a home run. Will definitely return again!!
