I wasn’t impressed. First off waiter had a bit of an attitude- sort of ignored us at first. Then I wasn’t impressed with his recommendations. My linguini looked more like spaghetti and the seafood was pretty bland- would not order this again. The bread was delicious and my tuna carpaccio was good although it said cannoli beans and we didn’t see any. My biggest disappointment was my zabaglione- pretty much tasteless. My husband lived his cannoli and the chocolate mousse our friends ordered was delicious. Don’t think I’d return!

Terrific first time experience! Excellent Italian dinner ( I chose veal Marsala and it was the thinnest most tender veal I’ve ever had.) Just enough mushrooms, perfection amount of sauce—tender green beans. Just what I had hoped for. The service was attentive and quick. Very friendly staff. Those who ate dessert would have licked the plate if their manners permitted. We’ll be back! It’s a find on 47th St!!!

My wife and I travel to NYC a few times a month and have had dinner her several times … we had a 7:00pm table time and was seated quickly upon arrival.. dining room was not quite busy yet ,but Maitre d took some time before approaching our table , when asked if we were having any drinks, we ordered a Prosecco and sparkling water, water was quick to arrive but did not get the wine drink for almost 15 minute alone with the Menu for the evening. Again the Maitre d disappeared for another 15 minutes, as I said above the room was not busy.. the Maitre d reappeared and asked if we have may a DECISION YET! DECISION made we both had appetizers and pasta for our main course ( very pricey $$$ for pasta) and food was delivered quickly. Servers were friendly and accommodating, food was temp at best, oh did I say that the room was not busy.. To end all for the evening experience was not memorable and Maitre was quite BRASH..

A great, cosy, old school restaurant focusing on Roman cuisine where quality service is clearly a value. Nice experience.

If you are craving for authentic Italian Cuicine, Lattanzi is the place to be at. Their traditional sautéed artichokes were delicious, let alone their tuna carpaccio. Main course were tasty as well, the caccio e pepe is a must have, it’s delicious. The warm ambiance made everything even more enjoyable. Will return soon.!
