We arrived nearly an hour early for our reservation, fully expecting a long wait, but instead, we were immediately offered the option to sit at the bar or wait just three minutes for our table—talk about top-tier hospitality! The service was second to none. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests. And the food? Outstanding. Every bite was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well worth the visit. Pair that with the excellent ambiance—elegant yet comfortable—and you have the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Laws Chophouse has definitely earned a spot at the top of our list, and we’ll be back without hesitation.    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Laws Chophouse and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure every need was met. The food was simply divine – each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the restaurant was also perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, they exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.    This was our second dining experience at Law's Chophouse. The first was 2 years ago and was 5/5. This time was for Valentine's Day, which fell on a Friday night. We typically avoid dining out on Friday or Saturday & special occasions (like NYE) if possible but we decided to take a chance. I really wanted this to be another 5/5 experience but I'm giving it a 4/5. First off it was cold and raining and there was no parking available. We ended up parking in the apartments about a block away. There was no handicapped parking available. My partner is disabled and had to walk in the rain for a block, which was not optimal. We were greeted warmly upon arrival by all the staff we encountered. Our server was very good, although we were never informed of the specials, which I overheard being offered to the table next to us after we ordered. We ordered cocktails, which arrived pretty promptly. They were delicious, but very small and very expensive! We ordered two appetizers; the spicy shrimp was really yummy. The calamari was tasty but sliced a little too thick and the breading was somewhat thick and soggy - not crispy. We ordered another round of cocktails when our appetizers were cleared. Our dinners were very good. My partner had the lobster tails with haricot vert (which were not french green beans, but regular green beans!). I had the steak au poivre which was served with asparagus and a nice potato puree. The steak was very good, although I ordered medium-rare and it was more medium. The second round of cocktails did not arrive until we were almost done with our dinners. A friendly manager stopped by to check on our dinners, which was very nice, and we didn't want to complain since we were already close to being finished. In the car ride home my partner and I agreed that our experience was very good considering it was Valentine's Day - a typically busy night for dining out - and that we will definitely go back to Law's in the hopes of having a 5/5 dining experience.

   Bar ran out of large ice cubes by 6:30 PM, one drink had food on it, restrooms were not well kept - soap dispensers didn’t work, towels overflowing onto the ground. Service and food were good as always, but just disappointed with the bar and restrooms.

   We chose this restaurant on the recommendation of good friends. Unfortunately our waiter was subbing in and was unfamiliar with the food. He tried his best but the service was subpar because this wasn’t his usual job. To the manager’s credit, he did try to be attentive and check on us probably understanding there was a gap. The busboys also seemed unfamiliar with the role and struggled with timing of clearing plates as they lingered past courses. Those courses were being delivered on top of dirty plates. Steaks were great as were the Brussels and bruschetta. The other main courses were okay but not the best considering the price. Perhaps it was a bad night but we won’t be returning here anytime soon as it was almost as expensive as Old Hickory at the Gaylord, and that place was over the top in terms of food quality and service.

   I took my husband for his 50th birthday. I noted on the reservation that it was for a birthday. We were seated right away. My menu had left over food on it. I traded it for a clean one. The waiter was prompt, and we ordered the bruchetta. It was amazing! I ordered the bourbon chicken, and hubby had the filet. Both were delicious. The tables on both sides of us were asked if they were celebrating anything. I specifically put it on the reservation, and nothing was said. I was a little disappointed in that. But the food was good. I did get the dirty menu back when we asked to look at the dessert menu. Did not order dessert. We would go back. All in all, the service was good, just little things.

   Dinner for wife’s birthday with our daughters and friends was terrific, low key but handled very well. Service was top notch and the food was grand. We didn’t wait for anything nor want for anything. The great team there is appreciated for making our family event more special. Thank you Nick and the rest of the staff behind the scenes!     Very good food quality matched with excellent service made for a fabulous dinner with 2 sets of our friends. We’re extremely happy we tried this place and invite others to do the same. You won’t be disappointed
