   Our server was not good from beginning to end. She kind of acted like we were bothering her and we made no special requests nor did we send anything back. She took a while to even greet us and take our cocktail and appetizer order. BTW, the appetizer was delicious! She should’ve asked us if we wanted another drink before our meal came but she did not. Soon after our food was served she stopped by to check on us and we asked for a glass of wine. She said she’d be right back. She did not come back. We finished our meal and someone came over to get us wine. We told them we no longer needed it. Our server came over after that and offered us a complimentary dessert or glass of wine. We kindly declined because by that point we were just done. Our server told us she told someone to help us but they didn’t. Kind of sounded silly for her to blame someone else and take no responsibility. We still tipped decently but probably wouldn’t go back. Not sure of our servers name but she was a pretty, tall, brunette with a cute bob hair style.

   Absolutely amazing food! The ambiance is perfect for a date night! The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and explained the dishes very well, we will definitely be back with friends as well so they can partake in the same amazing experience!

   My favorite Italian restaurant in Kansas City. The menu is extremely creative and everything from the cheesey focaccia bread to the wagyu beef carpaccio to the shrimp pasta Serpintine and braised beef was delicious. The prosciutto and melon is salty and sweet and if you like brick oven pizza… they are all fabulous choices!

   We had the best experience at Lazia! We sat at the bar and Erika provided the best service and guidance! We had so much fun!

   Great experience, since we were only two, we had a very small table out in the middle of everyone. Still felt quaint and cozy enough.  some of the dishes were a little spicy for our taste. And maybe a bit much salt than what we normally put on things but all tasted delicious. Got the strawberry rhubarb tiramisu to go home and it was delightful tea later on. Great atmosphere and great service

    We had an excellent meal at Lazia, as always. The dishes were beautifully presented and everything was delicious. We’ve never had an item here we wouldn’t order again. Our server, Abby, was courteous and personable. Another great experience at Lazia.
