   What an experience! Absolutely amazing. Service was beyond expectation. The food was inventive with some unexpected combinations that truly surprised and delighted my taste buds. Can’t wait to come back and try the next menu in the future!

   You are absolutely paying for the experience here and it is amazing! Culinary and sensual delights, without a doubt! The bites were all wonderful, and paired with the wine for an experience most will never encounter. Foodies will be intrigued by the flavors, while culinary experts will be impressed with the beauty and creativity of the bites and their presentation. Service was impeccable. Place was nearly empty, but lends itself to the intriguing ambiance...

   Hands down one of the best meals we have ever had (and the second time we’ve gone). We have been to over 37 countries and had 2 and 3 star Michelin meals, but Le Chique is second to none. From start to finish this culinary experience is one you will never forget. From the service to presentation the food itself is a meal you have to experience. Alejandro is near and dear to our hearts. Not only is he an amazing chef but someone who has shown us love and kindness in each of our visits. We cannot wait to go back the next time we are in country.

   Overall the food and experience was great! We were well attended to and taken care of, on our special evening. The food - in terms of experimentation and creativity were top notch! Very interesting apps and small bites. The mains were probably the least interesting (all things relative) albeit being still delicious and enjoyable. Overall, highly recommend for a special, incredibly creative dinner while in Cancun.

   This was our 3rd time at Le Chique, 2nd time for the other couple with us. The experience is just that, it's not just about the incredibly tasty food, it's the overall dining experience that is truly one of a kind. It will always amaze me that something so little can explode with that much flavour, and the amount of personnel required to do this food experience, I think we were told 22+ people contribute to your meal. Paul was our waiter and he genuinely enjoys his job, gives all the background of where the inspiration comes from, where the flavours come from and was just top notch with his knowledge and skill. Although I don't drink wine myself, 2 of our group did the wine pairing and said it was exceptional. I believe our experience was 22 courses. Your mind will be blown at the intricate details and also the incredible style of dishes they use, that matches each course. Enjoy this. roughly a 90-120 min dining experience. Don't second guess the cost, you will enjoy every moment of it.

   After nearly two weeks of very average so called 5* hotel food (very much tailored for the bland processed US market) we plumped for Le Chique. We were not disappointed, the setting and service was excellent with our own knowledgeable friendly waiter. The food was delicious and creative, presented in a unique imaginative way, with clever colourful touches. Would definitely recommend, be prepared for a hefty hit on your credit card though, this culinary delight might be better described as ‘Le Cheque!’ :-)
