   This was our 3rd or 4th time eating there. We had to wait at leadt 15 minutes for our table and the waiter didnt take our main dish order for almost an hour after we arrived- service was slow! We did like the fact that after our food finally arrived we weren’t rushed. We will go back and try again.

   I’ve been here twice and both times we had and exceptional experience. The food is delicious and almost indescribable, with each bite you discover a new level of flavor. If you haven’t tried It yet, it’s a must!

   Fabulous dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Delray. Small plates were delicious, and the 4 of us split 2 terrific entrees. We had the Branzino and the yellow chicken curry. Plenty to share. Great atmosphere and excellent food.

   Waiter apologized for interrupting our conversation but did it three times. He had an agenda and the customer was unimportant

   Our first trip to the Colonial was a bit of a disappointment. Perhaps my expectations were too high but when you pay 300$ for a dinner for two I think you should have high expectations. Our appetizers were excellent, but our mains, the “specialty” red snapper was overcooked and frankly not flavorful. The rice accompaniment was cold. The wine was really good though (but our first choice was out of stock). Service was pretty good but only because the maître d interjected. We probably won’t go back.

   This is my 5th time dining @Le COL since it opened in Delray Beach. Love ❤️ the food‼️ But this last visit was not quite as good as far as the service is concerned. We have to wait for menus. Get our orders for cocktails 🍸 and food. One set of silverware was missing on the table and after first course my silverware fork and knife wasn’t replaced right away. Then dessert menus were handed too long - we thought the waiter forgot. He wasn’t attentive checking on our table. Lastly when we asked for the bill I mentioned it was a split check. Handed one check and then had to split it - I think 🤔 he wasn’t himself…Mind was somewhere else maybe…

   Excellent and interesting selection of oriental food. Good wines selection. Ambiance very elegant and relaxed. Very good service.

   Food is good but I have liked it less over time. Think other Asian restaurants in area are better and more consistent

    Le Coloniel is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is outstanding. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The wait staff is very knowledgeable. It ever disappoints.
