   Absolutely delightful evening right from the greeting from the parking guides to the last goodbye. Delicious offerings of cocktails and foods. Loved the escargot a must have starter! We enjoyed the evenings specials in fresh catch and seafood pasta. Both were filled with great flavours. The attention to small details and finishing sauces were appreciated. Impressive wine list. Felt very European. We will certainly be back and will be telling all visitors that we meet to go and enjoy this beautiful restaurant. Finally a must do tribute to the staff. This is by far the best care we have experienced in Barbados, and we find service here in general to be top form. But at Le Shack all the staff was friendly, informative and fun while still respecting our space. Our server, Jennifer made this evening one for the memory book. She is amazing!    Beyond our expectations: A thoroughly delightful evening with charming service…especially Shanell, atmosphere and impeccable food.Clearly exemplifies the true spirit of this beautiful island.

   Once again a delicious meal, well prepared, with excellent and attentive service. We keep coming back but VAT, mandatory service charge and then a well earned tip cut into the value paid. We simply love this place and recommend it all the time!

   Excellent French fusion dishes just outside The Crane resort in Barbados. We walked over from The Crane and were offered a free ride back because it’s very dark once the sun sets. The escargot gratin was amazing. I’ve never had escargot prepared this way. What a treat! My husband and I both enjoy the fresh Mahi Mahi over potato salad, his blackened and mine grilled. The fresh fish was done perfectly and the potato salad was a delight. We enjoyed the best crème brulet I’ve ever eaten for our dessert. Priced fairly, it was overall a delicious meal.

   Wonderful experience. From food to service. Loved the octopus app, mussels were perfect, not over cooked …. Will definitely go again and again…. Had a Le Shack old Fashioned as appetitive….never had an old fashioned with dark rum….Delicious
