   Always a great meal and wonderful experience . We look forward to coming often during our visits to Barbados. The coconut risotto with shrimp is exquisite and the chocolate mousse is the best I’ve had

   We had a wonderful experience eating at this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious steak so tender with a red wine reduction. We even met the chef.

   This restaurant is an amazing gem on the east coast of Barbados. Great atmosphere. Lovely food with local delights mixed with French fair. Very generous portions. You will need to share the warm goat cheese salad and the Bajan stew. The place is packed every night. We were staying at the Crane Resort across the road and ate at Le Shack 3 nights out of 7. It helps that the food at the Crane is pretty lousy but the place stands on its own. If you are staying nearby try it early in your visits and you will return. Reservations are a must.

   Enjoyed the meal and the service. We both had fish: salmon and bass. Appetizers were excellent. Finished with crème brûlée. Service was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

   Fabulous experience. Family of four each had a great meal from apps to dessert. Very attentive service from owner, chef and entire waitstaff. Easy walk to and from The Crane. We would have loved to return for a second night, but unfortunately they are booked solid for the rest of our stay.

   Overall disappointing. Risotto with shrimp bland and not fresh. Tuna dishes just acceptable. Chicken tasted like it was smothered in jarred barbecue sauce. Burger good. Not worth the trip unless you’re staying at the Crane across the street.

    Lovely ambience. Food was great and service friendly and accommodating. The flying fish mousse is superb as is the tuna tartare.and The wine list is quite substantial. My only observation was that it took a few minutes to be welcomed and seated. Otherwise wonderful evening.
