   They didn’t have our table ready when we arrived (on time) for our reservation. We waited 30 minutes to be seated.

   If you want charbroiled oysters, go to Drago’s. Our service was exceptionally poor from the angry, ambivalent hostess to the distracted and hopeless server. Not a single order was delivered correctly, everything was either cold or uncooked, there were no drink refills, and even the bill was wrong. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I certainly won’t be giving them another chance. This was a disaster.

   Steak entrees came out before appetizers. Just a simple sorry. NY strip steaks were severly undercooked. At that point, we said we don’t want any replacements. Eating your appetizer while your steak sits there and gets cold isn’t ideal. Won’t be visiting again. To their credit, our steaks were comped.

   Great food and service. Best meal we have had in NOLA so far on our trip. The service we great. Our waiter made great recommendations and described the menu in beautiful detail. Highly recommend.

   Food was terrible, salmon was cold. Brussels sprouts were hard as rocks. Service was mediocre. I won’t be back!

   Sam, our waiter, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The seafood was amazing as well. Definitely recommend going a little earlier (before 6pm) for half off charbroiled oysters during happy hour. They are well worth the full price, but who doesn’t like happy hour discounts?

    Food was excellent and service was superb. Not a lot is open Christmas but everyone was friendly working on a holiday. Highly recommend
