   Not sure if our server was tired, over whelmed or just having an off night but she was extremely forgetful, had no haste and zero personality (I think she may have fainted if she had had to smile). The whole experience was just mediocre at best. For example, the kids meals come with a “starter” of fruit, carrot sticks or popcorn, and the server didn’t bring those out until one of my kids had her main entree and side and the other kid had NO food AT ALL (while everyone else at the table had theirs). I’m pretty sure she forgot to put the second kids meal order in because she initially said it would “be right out” but then a while later, when everyone was almost finished eating, I had to ask her and she said “oh they had to make the red sauce”🙄, seriously?! Even then it took awhile for it to come out and by then everyone else was pretty much finished so we’re all just sitting there waiting for my son to eat- he had also been asking where his food was for awhile (it suck’s when everyone around you is eating and you’re not). No manager ever stopped by to see how things were or to apologize for my sons meal never arriving until everyone else was finished eating and we still got charged for it! This was our third and LAST visit to Legal Seafoods and it’s mostly due to the service, management and overall mediocrity.

   Food was better than expected. We had the crab dip, ribeye & crab cake and shrimp.

   This was my second time visiting here. The first was right after you opened and was not a good experience. Last night was totally different. The service, and food were great; I’ll be back. Glad I tried again after my first experience.

   The shrimp and scallops were overcooked, service was slow, and the waitress was not trained on the menu or opening wine. Management camera over apologized and asked us to give them a second chance—we will try again when it's not a night we have show tickets.

    This week, I tried the new Rockfish special, and I have to say that its flavor was to die for. It was paired with perfect seasoned mashed potatoes and a flavorful tomato salad...just simply amazing. As always, the environment was great that evening. My server, Ms. Jordan was awesome and is the one that recommended the Rockfish dish to me, and just like her service, it was amazing, as I stated. Jordan was extremely professional and ensured that I had everything I needed. She's definitely a true professional at her job. I truly recommend anyone to try Legal Seafood.
