   What a pre show wonderful dinner had. The place is lively but not overly loud. The cocktails were perfect and our dinners were wonderful! The best part of the evening was our waiter Sam - personable, friendly and very knowledgeable! We highly recommend this place and its location is just perfect for a pre theatre dinner!

   All of our food was really good. We notified our server of our theatre tickets at 7:30 - and Rebekah was amazing - kept everything on time and paid us lots of attention. Strongly suggest reservations, as Liberty is so good, it’s always crowded.

   We checked in 5 minutes early & she said “follow me@ & brought us directly to our table. That’s normal. love the exceptional service, food & great drinks….but mostly we love that if they play music it’s soft & low so you can still talk & hear the other people at your table. Our favorite Gilbert restaurant ❤️

   Always excellent service and food. Menu has nice choices but could use some changes for recurring customers. Tower burger and chicken sandwich very good, white pizza tasty but lacking topping. Outside of pile of greens in the center, not much more than the thin crust and melted cheese.

   1st time visit. Very nice ambiance, with a modern cafe influence. Seated right away. Wait staff was attentive. Table ordered empanada app for 4, 2 dinner salads, flat bread with honey butter, a French dip, and minestrone soup with a side order. Two sodas and two draft beers for 4 people. Food was “okay” but nothing that was outstanding. Price was well over $150 plus tip. We can say tried it, but with all the options in Gilbert AZ, likely won’t be back and can’t identify them as a top 5 in town.

   First time at Liberty for dinner. My birthday. Ordered apricot chicken it was delicious. Had a no. Alcoholic beverage. Wait staff was great and food came out promptly

   We had great service with Becca taking care of our party of 6. Wine selection was good as were all the menu choices. We were too full to try desserts! The food prep and flavor was all very good. May need to do a "hold the bun" with the Salmon BLT as it is great but heavy on the carbs. The bowls were terrific. The only unfortunate element is we couldn't hear each other over the music and chatter bouncing off all the hard surfaces.
